If you’ve read any Rescue Detox reviews before this one, then you’ve probably been told it’s a foolproof way of doing a natural detox in five days. But is that the truth?
In this review of Rescue 5 Day full body detox, I’m going to tell you whether it’s actually possible to detox in five days and if it does work. But there are a lot of things which feed into whether it will work or not, and I’ll cover those in this review as well.
Plus, I’m going to tell you about alternatives to Rescue 5 Day detox, that might be easier for you, depending on what your exposure to drug toxins actually is.
Natural Detox Explained
Natural detox is where you give your body time and space to eradicate all the drug metabolites in it so that you are genuinely clean to pass a drug test.
This takes time. If you are a chronic weed smoker, I mean several joints a day, then the metabolites can build up in the cells in your body, and take up to a month to work their way out naturally. If you are a heavy user of any other type of drug, you’re still looking at a couple of weeks to naturally detox.
A natural detox involves stopping taking whatever you are taking. You should also eat a low-fat diet that is high in whole grains, fiber, and vegetables. Plus, you need to exercise every day and drink lots of water. You also have to sleep well and keep your mental health good.
Doing all that will give your body a genuine chance of working at peak capacity to eradicate the drug toxins.
What Are Rescue 5 Day Permanent Detox Pills?
So where the Rescue 5 Day detox pills come in, is to help speed up that natural detox process.
They contain all natural ingredients that work together as a supplement that allows your body to definitely work at peak capacity and other ingredients that can help speed up the exiting of toxins from your body.
There aren’t many detox pill courses on the market that can achieve this, and the Rescue 5 Day full body detox is one of only two I’ve ever tried I’ve found to definitely work.
Rescue Detox Instructions
The thing is, the Rescue 5 Day detox directions are quite involved. You have to follow the instructions exactly, and every day of the five days. Now that’s not too long to do it, but you have to do it alongside a natural detox, which can be hard work.
- Do a natural detox. Eat a low-fat diet, with whole grains, high fiber, lots of vegetables. Drink loads of water, cut out all toxins, things like alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco.
- On the night before the first day of the five-day detox, take the four headstart formula pills with 32 ounces of water.
- Each morning, take six of the morning formula pills with 32 ounces of water.
- Each evening, an hour before you eat, take six of the evening formula pills with 32 ounces of water.
- On the morning after you finished the Rescue 5 Day full body detox, take the four finisher formula pills with 32 ounces of water.
- Complete the Rescue 5 Day detox directions by taking the 8 Rescue detox ICE caps on the morning of your test. These act like a detox drink but in capsule form.
Does Rescue 5 Day Detox Work?
So the million-dollar question is: does Rescue 5 Day full body detox work? Well, the thing is, it might work for you. But it’s going to depend on who you are, and your toxin intake.
If you smoke a joint a day, and you are average body weight, then it’s perfectly possible to do the 5 Day detox program and end up being drug metabolite free.
If you’re a heavy weed smoker, I’m talking several joints a day, then the toxin build-up could be so high that five days of detoxing simply isn’t enough of anything to work all the metabolites out of your body.
But even if it doesn’t get all of the toxins out, it could certainly minimize the amount you have left.
Then you can simply take a detox drink on the morning of your drug test, after you have taken the eight Rescue Detox ICE capsules, and get double peace of mind because the detox drink has fewer toxins to mask.

Rescue Detox Review: Alternatives&Conclusion
If you are chronic user, with a high level of toxins, then you’re going to need something stronger than Rescue 5 Day Detox. This could also apply if you are a regular smoker, or you have a large body mass, there are going to be more toxins trapped in the fat cells.
Toxin Rid is the most powerful brand of detox pill on the market. Much stronger than Rescue 5 Day detox pills. But it’s also the most expensive course, quite a lot more than the rescue detox. But you get what you pay for. You can read my Toxin Rid review here.
So Rescue 5 Day detox reviews are right, it does work. The caveat is that it can only work up to a point, because of the power of the pills, and the limited time you have in five days to detox.
If you are pretty sure you don’t have a very high toxin level, you could just use a good quality detox drink. If you abstain for a couple of days, and then take strong detox drink on the day of your test, that will be more than enough to mask the toxins for a few hours. You can purchase Rescue 5 Day detox by clicking here, it’s on sale now!
But whether you use the Rescue 5 Day full body detox kit, or just a detox drink, or both, please make sure you use a home drug test kit before you go to the lab. That way you won’t get caught out, and you can always take a second detox drink if needed. In fact, I’d always have a couple, so you can take a second one afterward, it always pays to have an insurance policy.
