Storyworks Media is a new venture that provides creative, Internet-based communications strategies for corporations in the health care and financial sectors. These strategies include the creation of personalized, unique videos to describe employer-sponsored and individual benefits designed to increase consumer engagement.
The videos are distributed to employee communities via email or online through a website where it can be embedded within the context of other employee benefits information. First-person videos can also be used in employee benefits meetings and educational campaigns during open enrollment or health benefits fairs. “Referrals from peers are often the most credible and a large factor in the way we make financial decisions for our families,” said Tom Smith, president of Benefit Strategies.
