Maricopa County is the first employer in Arizona too offer both an integrated onsite pharmacy and a health center. The clinic-pharmacy arrangement between Maricopa County and Walgreens drugstore chain and Take Care Health Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Walgreens, is believed to be the 1st of its kind for any government in the nation.
