Trustnode is the creator of an online, interactive benefits education and enrollment platform for those involved in the provision and sale of voluntary group insurance products.
Trustnode’s initial client experience involved an offering of short-term disability insurance underwritten by a large multi-line insurance carrier.
The benefit was introduced to the 9,000-plus employees of a retailer with 330 locations throughout the U.S.

The company reported a to-date take-up rate of 47 percent, since installation of the Trustnode platform during a re-enrollment period begun in April, versus the company’s previous take-up rate of 11 percent using traditional education and enrollment tools.
