Meg,

I felt incredibly inspired following our discussion and have drawn on the many principles we discussed ever since. My "test Friday" went amazingly well. You may recall that I had to travel interstate for the day and this was followed by dinner. I kept going over in my mind the mantra of "getting the job done" and this helped then and continues to do so. I also managed to make healthy choices and, once realizing that making the choices essentially took up less than a minute per meal, I couldn't believe that it could be that simple.

I continue to have my challenges, but must say that I am inspired by the continued commitment of Jan, my personal trainer, to my "cause" and I am most appreciative of that.

I hope that hearing my session will be helpful for other clients. I certainly found that it has significantly changed my thinking and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience I had with you.

My thanks, once again, for providing me with this opportunity. I shall continue to "get the job done" and spend a minute per meal making healthy choices.

Sincerely,

Karen

Do you have a job to 'get done'? Next week, I'll share the process of creating a vision and the goals to get you there...
