Each Coach Meg’s blog series (four weekly blogs in each series) starts with a podcast of a brief coaching session followed by commentary by me (Coach Meg), then the client’s commentary, followed by two blogs which explore a theme raised in the coaching session.

This blog (first in a series) features a brief coaching session with a wellness coach trainee, and her audio and written testimonial six weeks later. Please listen here.

In the next several blogs, we return to the heart of the coaching process: building a wellness vision. A wellness vision describes one's higher purpose for being well; a vision so appealing that we are drawn toward it magnetically. My brief session with Cindy, a wellness coach in training, followed a structured process for discovering what is most important to her. It's important to note that Cindy's coaching session took place during a tele-conference with 20 participants. Despite the lack of privacy, Cindy openly and courageously revealed both her biggest challenges and heartfelt wishes.
